APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
AND
INFORMATION FACT SHEET
1.
In order for a determination of eligibility to be made for housing at the above named complex, a COMPLETED
application for admission is required.
2. There
will be a $25.00 application fee (payable with check or money order) per adult applicant in order to perform
a criminal back ground check and/or credit check on every adult applying for occupancy. By signing this application you are
giving us permission to make these inquiries.
3. If
you have a felony charge you will not qualify for residency in our complex. If you have any charge pertaining to physical
violence to persons or property or drug related activity tenancy may be denied.
4.
All completed applications are placed on a Waiting List. Tenants are selected from that Waiting
List on a first come/first served basis.
5. Information
provided in the application is not verified until an application approaches the top of the Waiting List, therefore, an absolute
determination of eligibility cannot be made until such time as verifications are performed. Management
will make a review of the application information provided and will make a preliminary determination of eligibility.
6.
While your application is on the Waiting List, you have the right to make inquiries regarding the place of your application
on the Waiting List. However, due to federal regulations prohibitions, you will not be permitted to review
the list.
7. The following are items that
are required to constitute a completed application:
a. A Completed application in the form provided by the
management office (please complete all sections in detail; DO NOT USE “N/A”).
b.
Copy of driver’s License number for all adults in the applicants household;
c.
Copy of Social Security cards for all members of the household;
d. Name, mailing address and
telephone numbers of all places of employment for adult members of the applicant household;
e.
Names, mailing address, and telephone numbers of at least two (2) previous places where the applicant household has
had a rental agreement in the same name of this application.
8. Pets are not allowed.
