Each apartment is furnished with a stove, refrigerator, central air and heat.  Many of the apartments have been newly renovated with ceramic tile or carpet along with new lighting fixtures and appliances.  Water, sewer and trash pickup are included.  Tenant parking is available at no extra charge.

The Savannah, located at 400 Lazy Lane in Anahuac, is an 18 unit community.  Chaparral, also located in Anahuac is located at 800 Belton Lane, is a 6 unit complex.  Both are within the Anahuac Independed School District.
